Return claims can be submitted via our Contact Form. Customer must provide confirmation number and reason for return. All return claims must be submitted within 30 days of original purchase date. Item must be unused and in original packaging with no signs of damage. All return claims will be charged a 15% restocking fee. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label. Once we have received and inspected return item, customer will be refunded cost of goods minus restocking fee.
If item is thought to be new defective, please contact us at info@tooltruckdirect and include a picture and short description of deficiency. If item is proven to be new defective, customer will receive a return shipping label. Once deficient item has been received, customer will have the option of receiving a full refund or replacement. Refund may take up to 3 days depending on bank. All disputes must be made within 15 days of original purchase. Item must not show signs of repeated use, abuse or alteration. Item must be shipped back in original packaging.
In the case you believe you have received the wrong item please contact us and we will do our best to make it right. Item must be unused and in original packaging with no signs of damage.
